Summary: | Surrogate motherhood interrogates canonical rejection, by emphasizing the need to know, mainly, which possibilities are offered by scientific and bioethics developments and from a network of communication that characterizes today's society. Particularly, this contribution presents the consequences of surrogate motherhood with respect to the exchange of a valid consent, especially in consideration of a possibility of simulation or deceit. Besides, it presents the possibility of a new impediment, which crops up not from consanguinity or adoption, but from surrogacy, and considers any such eventual opportunity of it. |
