| Zusammenfassung: | The article intends to present and deepen the correct functioning, within the curia, of some procedures regarding temporal goods, which procedures usually coincide with the authorization request to fulfill an act of administration that goes beyond ordinary administration. The article, therefore, attempts to highlight the dynamic aspect, that is the necessary passages to be fulfilled, in the relationship between the various offices and their peculiar competences, so that a procedure (a praxis) is accomplished. |
