Description
Summary:"As the provincial superior of a men's religious institute, I am responsible for the administration of the Mass offerings that we receive. When the intention of the donor has been satisfied, the money is used to defray our living expenses. Recently I have been advised that, before these Masses are said, canon law requires me to keep these monies in a separate bank account and that this account cannot earn interest. If this account may earn interest, is there a restriction on how this interest may be used?"
