Based on a multidisciplinary perspective, the answer developed on different levels. Paying particular attention to anthropologic and cultural dimensions, highlighting that Church is contextualized in specific times and places, the contribution outlines the setting of missionary law especially at the level of particular law, with peculiar attention to Ecclesiastical Law's enculturation. Placed in the overall dialectic between universal and particular, Missionary Law is an under construction law, particulary in mission territories where universal law has to be placed, built and carried out in the respect of the legitimate differences
