An Ecclesiological reading - The article develops ecclesiological implications of the Doctrine Note on Some Aspects of Evangelization (CDF) in the frame of a threefold relation: Church and God's Word, Church and God's Kingdom, Proclaim and witness. These three wide thematic areas, dealt with the three parts that compse the article, entail ecclesiologically relevant iusses related to Church's identity and to Her mission. As a matter of facts, they entail problems related to the origin - theological and historical - of the Church, her embedding and developing in human history, her echatological accomplishment. As sharing in "Caritas Christi", evangelizing mission belongs essentially to the Church, "creatura Verbi" and Sacrament of God's Kingdom, which accomplishes it by Word's proclamation as well as by faith and life's witness |
