The five-yearly reports following the first codification witness the vitality of the Council, which hold also the role of the Administration Council of temporal goods. About the current canonical regulation it can be observed that, on the one hand it promotes greater partizipation, on the other, given it's indeterminacy, could protect forms of insufficient effort and abusive practices which are not helpful for the ecclesial growth in mission territories |
