Description
Summary:The contribution intends to specify the distinction between the Pauline Privilege and the Favour of the faith by way of a concrete example. Then it tries to explain when the interpellation would be "impossible" or "useless" so that the local Ordinary may dispense from it, after fulfilling what requires by the law ( can. 1144 § 2; CCEO c. 855 § 2). The note, in a particular way, aims at making clear that the condition "impossibility" or "uselessness" should also be understood from the cultural context, since the age-old customs and practices have great impact on a particular community, although the may not seem serious to outsiders
