Summary:Mass Offerings: Juridical Aspects in Mission Territories - The object of this article is the analysis of the juridical aspects of the unlawful administration of the Mass oferings. The first part, written by Prof. Jean Attila, speaks about the actual law and the diverse hypothesisof trafficking or trading of Mass offerings from which many intentions are fulfilled in one Eucharistic Celebration. In this context, in particular, the study takes in consideration the Decree "Mos Iugiter", verifying the contents in the light of the discipline of the present Code and analyses the realities of the mission territories. It evidences the relevance of these offerings received from abroad for the support of the priests who operate in those places, underlying the important role of the particular law. In the second part, Prof. Claudio Papale highlights the penal aspects on the above argument. Regarding this aspect, he puits a particular attention on the various hypotheses of the illegal profits by present Code, after a brief analysis to the periodic juridical reality before the 1917 CIC
