The incompability is illustrated in three ways: the confirmation of the nullity of the marriage after the first affirmative sentence; the confirmation of documentary process decision and the confirmation of the sentence of seperation. A proposal by three procedural solutions, which can guarantee at the same time speed in matrimonial procedures and the requirements of the iurium connected cases, without violating the right of defense belonging to the parties | ||
