This study traces this evolution, docussing on typical cases of simulation and attempting to identify some fundamental guidelines. What emerges is a progressive abandonment of the requirement of a positivus voluntatis actus, a greater consideration of the actual content of the colition to celebrate the wedding, a more unified vision of the various forms of simulation and, more generally, a greater attention to the psychological and human reality of the consent, which is closely inserted in the actual event of the marriage | ||
