| 总结: | The article seeks to determine the canonical value of jurisprudence, and , more concretely, the jurisprudence of the Roman Rota. It will be made evident that jurisprudence is the collection of the juridical rationes individuated in the the exercise of the ius dicere. It will be emphasized that the task of the judge is not that of mechanically applying an abstract norm to a concrete case in point but the prudential character of the art of the judge will be revealed. From this, it follows that the value of jurisprudence is established from the truth of those rationes and the value of precedence.
