Die Untersuchung ist wie folgt gegliedert: - Ausgangspunkt: Der Treueeid der Bischöfe; - Die rechtliche Dimension des Gehorsams; - Papstamt und Bischofsamt - Konzilstexte; - Papstamt und Bischofsamt - CIC/1983; - Zuständigkeitsordnung nach 381 § 1; - Gehorsam gegenüber dem rechtmäßig gebietenden Oberen (can. 1371, 2°); - Ergebnis [CIC/1917: 2331.1]
