Gemeinsame Leitung einer Gemeinde durch ein Pastoralteam, dem auch Laien angehören, stellt einen Missstand dar (S. 90). Alle Modelle, die nicht dem mit EINEM Pfarrer in EINER Pfarrei entsprechen, sind ein notwendiges Übel, das sobald als möglich zu beseitigen ist (S. 102).
