En el presente estudio se procede a analizar las instituciones del usufructo y del uso en su regulación por el Derecho visigodo y en concreto a la vista de los principales cuerpos jurídicos de los pueblos godos. En los mismos, se observa una evolución desde el punto común que representa el Derecho Romano Clásico hasta los textos legislativos godos. |
