The article will analyse whether these can be built in churches, the canonical and liturgical rules that govern them, the prohibition of burying bodies under altars and the necessary elaboration of regulations or statutes that govern these places La costumbre creciente de incinerar los cadáveres hace que puedan darse prácticas poco acordes con la fe cristiana en el tratamiento de las cenizas. Con el fin de dar una respuesta pastoral se ven muy adecuados los así denominados columbarios. El artículo analizará si estos pueden construirse en las iglesias, la normativa canónica y litúrgica que los rige, la prohibición de enterramiento de cadáveres debajo de los altares y la necesaria elaboración de reglamentos o estatutos que rijan estos lugares. |
