Description
Summary:The economic paradigm is our contemporary world, which is constantly evolving, always complex and yet steeped in the small joys and tragedies of life. In this article, we would like to contribute to the paradigm shift in the economy, which is already underway, commencing from three platforms of change: 1) economic subsidiarity; 2) wellbeing for all; 3) doing business for the common good. It is not possible to put the common good first if we do not go beyond individual interest and make a spiritual conversion that opens to the good of others. Economic actors have to be encouraged to rediscover and spread some wise spiritual resources, such as the virtues of empathy, altruism, respect for nature and for future generations.
