L’articolo segue le diverse fasi del processo penale canonico offrendo un breve commento sui diritti delle vittime nei diversi momenti del medesimo: la notitia criminis; investigatio praevia; i due tipi di processo penale e l’azione per il risarcimento dei danni. L’articolo si conclude con alcuni suggerimenti praeter legem e due proposte de iure condendo.
