Os referenciais considerados como negativos são: Lilith e Eva, personagens do imaginário católico cristão, demonizadas e depreciadas. A virgem Maria e Maria Madalena, ao contrário, representam condutas que partem do recato, pureza, arrependimento e penitência, e, portanto, seriam a única forma de alcançar a salvação. Para identificar tais figuras como amplificadores da construção do feminino ideal na cultura cristã-católica, serão utilizados como marco teórico-metodológico as discussões sobre os conceitos de imaginário e representações sociais, perpassando pelas relações de gênero, com o intuito de ancorar nossa proposta de análise. | ||
| 520 | |a This paper discusses the construction of women’s social imaginary that echoes on women in the XX and XXI centuries, strongly influen-ced by the models of femininity present in the medieval period. The references considered negative are: Lilith and Eve characters of the Christian Catholic imaginary, demonized and devalued. The Virgin Mary and Mary Magdalene, by contrast, represent conduits departing from modesty, purity, penance and repentance, and therefore would be the only way to achieve salvation. To identify such figures as am-plifiers of the building of the feminine ideal in the Christian-Catholic culture will be used as a theoretical and methodological framework discussions on imaginary concepts and social representations, passing by gender relations, in order to anchor our analysis proposal. | ||
