This development has many reasons. One is the ongoing debate on how to define and identify reconciliation in the ‘real world’ in an evident and, if possible, measurable way. This paper aims to show the actual relevance of reconciliation studies, if adequately performed through a multidisciplinary approach, in the process of conflict resolution, both at the individual and at the community level. Through the description of the psychotherapeutically work on the case of a PTSD diagnosed refugee, we claim that reconciliation with the self could be reached through different disciplines. Reconciliation is a tool, a technology, and at same time an aim for conflict resolution and for people in need. | ||
| 520 | |a Nonostante il concetto di riconciliazione abbia ormai dimostrato di poter essere efficace nella realtà, la disciplina dei Reconciliation Studies ha dovuto attendere molto tempo prima di occuparsi in modo scientifico dei rifugiati. Uno dei motivi di questo ritardo è il fatto che si stia ancora dibattendo su come i Reconciliation Studies possano essere attivi nel mondo reale in un modo che sia chiaramente identificabile. Questo articolo mira a mostrare la forte rilevanza dei Reconciliation Studies, se affrontati con il necessario approccio multi disciplinare, nel processo di risoluzione dei conflitti, sia a livello individuale, che comunitario. Attraverso la descrizione di un lavoro di psicoterapia con un rifugiato che soffre di Disturbo Post-Traumatico da Stress, mostriamo come la riconciliazione con noi stessi possa essere raggiunta da diverse discipline. La riconciliazione è un mezzo, una tecnologia, e allo stesso tempo un obiettivo per la risoluzione dei conflitti, a livello personale e comunitario. | ||
