| Summary: | Este artigo procura demonstrar a grande importância do múnus de defensor do vínculo após as mudanças levadas a efeito pelo papa Francisco em 2015, com a alteração do processo de nulidade de casamento. A ideia perfilhada neste estudo é que o defensor do vínculo tomouse personagem-chave na missão de salvaguardar o casamento válido e consumado contra todo tipo de decisões judiciais eventualmente frágeis ou condescendentes. This article intends to demonstrate the great importance of the Defender of the Bond, after the changes in the Process Law, executed by pope Francis in 2015, concerning the declaration of the nullity of matrimony. The idea advocated in this study is that the Defender of the Bond became the keypersonage in safeguarding the valid and consummated marriage against any kind of fragile or too benevolent or condescending judicial decisions. |
