| Summary: | In the submitted study, the author tries to analyze the ethical project of the "World Ethos" whose presenter is the German theologian Hans Küng. In his works Küng tries to proof the necessity of realization of the world accepted moral ethos which should be a base for building the better society. Küng unfolds his arguments from several headings: "If there is no ecumenical peace, there will never be any peace among nations." And in this case, according to Küng, there will never be the fulfillment of human existence - humanum. The central category of humanity - humanum as a base for moral regulations is the matter of this analysis. The study also represents an attempt to exemplify the concealed premises which lie at the background of Küng's argumentation. |
