| Summary: | Democracy requires that we recover its legal conception, which derives from a natural situation. At its center is the person who constantly needs to be recognized by society, but society, as a space of infinite relationships, must in turn be directed by the superstructure of the State. Young people are the basic cohesive force in encounters between persons and diverse cultures, and their formation ensures the process of democratic and social integration. La democrazia impone di recuperare il suo concetto giuridico che deriva da una situazione di fatto naturale. Al centro vi è l’uomo che ha bisogno di essere sempre riconosciuto dalla società, ma quest’ultima, spazio di infinite relazioni, deve essere a sua volta guidata dalla sovrastruttura statale. Il giovane è portatore del collante fondamentale dell’incontro tra persone ed etero culture e la formazione è garante del processo di integrazione democratica e sociale. La democracia exige recuperar su concepto jurídico que se deriva de una situación fáctica natural. En el centro está el hombre que siempre necesita ser reconocido por la socie¬dad, pero esta última, un espacio de relaciones infinitas, debe a su vez ser guiada por la superestructura estatal. El joven es portador del vínculo fundamental del encuentro entre personas y hetero culturas y la formación es garante del proceso de integración democrática y social. |
