Riepilogo:In his dissertation ‘Stay a While and Listen’: Understanding the Dynamics of Mediatization, Authority, and Literacy in Swedish Religious Education Maximilian Broberg sets out to explore and discuss questions - as the subtitle indicates - concerning mediatization and religious education (RE) in Sweden. It is pleasing to see a doctoral thesis on this broad, but extremely relevant topic, and research on how the current media landscape in different ways influences how the school subject is being taught, is undoubtedly a valuable contribution.
