Description
Summary:Are viruses part of God’s good creation or are they evil in their very essence? This discussion engages the considerable perplexity on the subject of the nature of evil and the evil of nature. Particular attention is given to how the evolution of viruses relates to evil’s origin. Looking at the evolutionary origin of viruses and their deep biological tendency towards extreme selfishness this article examines how viruses are intelligent, yet not life. Discussing how viruses are genetic thieves who enter our cellular gates in order to kill and destroy, this essay also explores the meaning and nature of evil, and whether, and how, evil is present in nature.
