Grundvoraussetzung ist die Stärkung von Beziehungen - einer beziehungsorientierten Pflege. Dabei findet Gottesliebe in gelebter Spiritualität, Selbstliebe in der Selbstsorge und Nächstenliebe in existenzieller Begleitung bei Krankheit und Hilfebedürftigkeit ihren Ausdruck. Das Curriculum Existenzielle Kommunikation, Spiritualität und Selbstsorge im Pflegeberuf - DiakonieCare zielt auf ein neues Pflegeverständnis, eine neue Pflegebewegung. Damit diakonische Pflege gelebt und erfahren werden kann, ist eine wichtige Bedingung, dass sie in den diakonischen Einrichtungen an entsprechende Prozesse, Strukturen und eine diakonisch geprägte Kultur anknüpfen kann. The accompaniment of people in existential situations is the crucial mission of Diaconic Care. A basic precondition is the strengthening of relationships - of a care based on relationship. In this process, the love of God finds its expression in experienced spirituality, the love of oneself in the care for oneself, and charity in the existential accompaniment of sick and needy people. The curriculum „Existential communication, spirituality and self care in the profession of care“ - DiakonieCare aims at a new understanding and a new motion of care. Diaconic care must be able to tie in with the respective processes, structures and the diaconic culture within their institutions. This is an important precondition for the experience of a spirited diaconic care service. |
