| Summary: | Gegenwärtig steht die Klinikseelsorge vor schwierigen Balanceakten. Will sie sich in Spiritual Care integrieren, wird sie Teil des multiprofessionellen Behandlungsteams im Krankenhaus und ihre konstruktiv irritierende Außenperspektive droht verloren zu gehen. Zugleich bietet sich etablierende Spiritual Care der Seelsorge viele Chancen. Seelsorge muss deshalb ein Interesse an einer Mitgestaltung von Spiritual Care im Krankenhaus haben. Der Beitrag benennt in diesem Sinn die Herausforderungen, Probleme und Chancen einer Kooperation von Spiritual Care und Seelsorge und fragt danach, welche Gesichtspunkte zwischen Dazugehörigkeit und bleibender Fremdheit zu beachten sind, damit Seelsorge weiterhin ihr spezifisch religiöses Potential zum Wohl von kranken und sterbenden Menschen zum Ausdruck bringen kann. Currently healthcare chaplaincy has to deal with difficult balancing acts. On the one hand pastoral care aims to be incorportated into Spiritual Care and thus tries to become part of a multiprofessional treatment team in the hospital. On the other hand this makes it difficult for pastoral care to keep distance to the medical logic and following its own religious logic. It seems to be evident that pastoral care should help shaping the upcoming Spiritual Care in German hospitals. Therefore the following article reflects the challenges and problems of a cooperation of spiritual and pastoral care. It points out which aspects between belonging and otherness should be considered in order to retain the high potential of religious communication for the well-being of sick and dying people. |
