| Summary: | Interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit ist thematisch ‘en vogue’. Sowohl politische als auch wissenschaftliche Interessen sind geweckt. Die Bereitschaft, interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit zu fördern und im Rahmen der Gesundheitsversorgung prominent zu positionieren, wird deutlich ausgesprochen. Dies ist schon deshalb zu begrüßen, weil interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit in der klinischen Praxis an vielen Hürden zu scheitern droht. Weil Fachpersonen im Gesundheitswesen in Bezug auf Spiritual Care ein für viele noch fremdes Feld betreten, könnte gerade im Zusammenhang mit chronischen Erkrankungen ein gemeinsamer interprofessioneller Zugang hilfreich sein. Interprofessional collaboration is a prevailing concept with relevance to both political and scientific interests. There is widespread willingness to promote interprofessional cooperation and to advocate for it in the health care environment. This is encouraging, as interprofessional cooperation in clinical practice needs to overcome many obstacles. Spiritual care itself is a field still foreign to many health care professionals. For this reason, a cooperative interprofessional approach could be helpful, especially when it comes to chronic illness care. |
