Summary: | The research centre »Religion – Violence – Communication – Worldorder« uses a double perspective in its work which may be attributed to the two main research groups within the centre. The attribution of dogma (Systematic Theology) and pastoral care (Practical Theology) is characterized by the perspective of grace and success, respectively and the attention for guilt and sin and the apocalyptic shadow, respectively. Bearing in mind this tension, this volume deals with a specific problem of Vatican II. It aims at developing perspectives and criteria for discerning the presence of the Christian in the signs of the time. |
