Summary:Abstract: Legal representation is a juridical instrument that allows its possessors, by virtue of the law, to act in the name and stead of another. Legal representation is applied to juridical persons in relation to the power to officially represent an entity by someone who, based on the law or the statutes of the entity, has received the function of externalising this will in a juridically binding manner. The article examines the various spects of the question and some of the principal problems associated with it.
