The iconography of its elaborate relief decoration allows conclusions regarding the demand and forms of sepulchral representation of a family which had achieved affluence in a region of manifold cultural contacts. The author has documented the relief decorations by photographs and analysed them in the time before they were in danger because of the armed conflict in Syria. | ||
