Es wird gefragt, ob Stellschrauben neu justiert werden sollten. Dazu erfolgt nach einem Einstieg in die rechtlichen Gegebenheiten eine Sichtung von vorliegenden normativen Problemanzeigen und Reformbedarfen zum Verfahren und zu darüberhinausgehenden Gerechtigkeitsfragen. Ausgehend von einer zu diesem Thema bislang fehlenden Idee christlicher Legitimität werden Anzeigen und Bedarfe einer normativen Bewertung unterzogen. | ||
