Le caractère désastreux de la communication nuit à la confiance des patients et a des conséquences sur l'observance de leurs traitements. En revanche, le débat européen sur la proposition de directive sur l'information du public sur les médicaments, même s'il a connu quelques lenteurs, a bien montré les enjeux et la complexité de la question. |
