Σύνοψη: | A number of short treatises in the so-called(Par. suppl. gr. 607A) have been attributed by scholars to John Lydus's partially lost work. This article describes the manuscript, localises its position with regard to the related textual tradition in Lips. gr. 72, the Suda and the, and scrutinises the attributions. We also have a look at the traditions of excerpts fromin Cedrenus and in some glossaries and we discuss their relation to the group around the. The great importance the last editor of, Richard Wünsch, gave to this section of his stemma is explained and his conclusions are revised. |
