Description
Summary:The article offers a final word to Roger Homan's response concerning Michael Austin's review of his book "The Art of the Sublime: Principles of Christian Art & Architecture." It is stated that Homan makes much of his objection to the plundering of sacred images by the art establishment. It is emphasized that Homan's book claims a very much wider brief, which is to set out the principles of Christian art and architecture. It offers criticism that the Homan's definition of Christian art is too restricted and exclusive.
