Algunas de ellas han celebrado el matrimonio, se han separado y están viviendo una unión posterior a modo matrimonial. Esta situación irregular produce inconvenientes para el nombramiento de oficio eclesiásticos. Estudiando particularmente el tema en la Iglesia alemana, se recuerda la importancia de la prudencia pastoral. the recent synodal assemblies and the Exhortation Amoris Laetitia invite us to accompany and include all familiar situations. Some of the spouses have married, then separate and have a subsequent union like marriage. This irregular situation performs sorne obstacles in the appointment of ecclesiastical functions. On behalf of a carefully analysis of this issue in the German Church, it is remembered the importance of prudential care. |
