| Résumé: | What attitude do people in Bavaria have towards the school subject of Religious Education? How important do they consider it in the school context? How popular is the subject compared to other school subjects? These and further questions were presented to a representative sample of the Bavarian population in an empirical study. It was conducted by the renowned polling agency Kantar EMNID on behalf of the Protestant-Lutheran Church of Bavaria in autumn of 2017. This booklet documents the results as well as their discussion with experts during a symposium in Nürnberg. In this context, possible consequences for the further development of RE in Bavaria as well as for corresponding scientific research are outlined. Wie wird der Religionsunterricht in Bayern von der Bevölkerung eingeschätzt? Wie wichtig ist er für die Schule? Wie beliebt ist er im Vergleich zu anderen Unterrichtsfächern? Diese und weitere Fragen waren Gegenstand einer repräsentativen empirischen Befragung der bayerischen Bevölkerung. Sie wurde im Auftrag der Evangelisch-Lutherischen Kirche in Bayern vom Umfrageinstitut Kantar EMNID im Herbst 2017 durchgeführt. Der Band dokumentiert die Ergebnisse sowie deren Diskussion bei einem Symposium mit Expertinnen und Experten in Nürnberg. Dabei werden auch mögliche Konsequenzen für die Weiterentwicklung des Religionsunterrichts in Bayern sowie für die damit verbundene wissenschaftliche Forschung in den Blick genommen. |
