Catholic Bioethics and the Incarnation of Mercy: A Study of Hospitality

Pope Francis refers to the "balm of mercy" as a sign of God's healing presence in the here-and-now. In this paper, I explore the connection between mercy and hospitality, and pay attention to how they relate to compassion in the larger context of Catholic bioethical discourse.

Description
Summary:Pope Francis refers to the "balm of mercy" as a sign of God's healing presence in the here-and-now. In this paper, I explore the connection between mercy and hospitality, and pay attention to how they relate to compassion in the larger context of Catholic bioethical discourse.
