In the school of Saint Thomas Aquinas, who offers a profound theological meditation on Sacred Scripture, this contribution seeks to grasp the meaning of the statement «God is light», within a Trinitarian doctrine of truth and life, anchored in Revelation. In this regard, three main points are addressed: 1) God the Trinity is light; 2) Christ, light of the world; 3) Walking in the light, under the guidance of the Spirit of Christ. | ||

Il riferimento scritturistico alla luce coinvolge la verità e la vita come espressione essenziale del mistero di Dio e del suo agire creatore e salvifico in Cristo, il Figlio mandato dal Padre. Alla scuola di san Tommaso d'Aquino che offre una profonda meditazione teologica della Sacra Scrittura, il presente contributo cerca di cogliere il significato dell'affermazione «Dio è luce», all'interno di una dottrina trinitaria della verità e della vita, ancorata al dato della Rivelazione. In proposito, tre punti principali sono affrontati: 1° Dio Trinità è luce; 2° Cristo, luce del mondo; 3° Camminare nella luce, sotto la guida dello Spirito di Cristo. | ||
