| Summary: | Este trabajo tiene por principal objeto el estudio del fenómeno de irradiación de poder y las diferentes fórmulas teológico-políticas que tratan de explicar el origen del mismo, en paralelo con el tránsito del pensamiento voluntarista medieval al moderno, ofreciendo, en concreto, un análisis sobre las consecuencias jurídico-filosóficas que constituyen el núcleo de la subjetividad posmoderna. This paperwork has as main purpose the study of the power irradiation phenomenon and the different theological-political formulas that try to explain the origin of the power itself, in parallel with the transition from medieval to modern voluntarist thought, offering, in particular, an analysis on the juridical-philosophical consequences that constitute the core of postmodern subjectivity. |
