The Discovery Doctrine used by Europe to colonize indigenous lands seems resurrected. If humanity appears a pathogen in the cosmos community, how might ETI respond? Prior to colonizing Mars, humankind should alter its consciousness and conduct on Earth, and conserve its planet home. |
