Description
Summary:2018 the Universal Declaration of Human Rights celebrates its 70th birthday. The international community reinforced 1948 human rights as universal norms. How can it be justified ethically that all humans are everywhere and always holders of human rights? Which obligating effect do human rights unfold globally in the area of flight and migration? What do human rights implicate for business? Can human rights serve beyond that as hermeneutic key for the digital transformation and the use of artificial intelligence? For these and other basic ethical questions, universal and consensus-based solutions are necessary. Human rights can be a basis for them beyond cultural, religious, and worldview-based boundaries.
