| Σύνοψη: | Auf der Basis eines mehrdimensionalen praktisch-theologischen Begriffs von Kirche werden die komplexen Lernherausforderungen für Kirchenvorstände systematisch dargestellt. Gemeindeleitung erweist sich hierbei als eine Kirchen- und Gemeindebildung, die der professionellen Begleitung durch Gemeindepädagoginnen/-pädagogen, Pfarrer/innen und Gemeindeberater/innen bedarf. Vor diesem Hintergrund wird eine Presbyterialtheologie im doppelten Wortsinn einer Theologie von Presbytern und für Presbyter konturiert. The article outlines in a systematic manner the complex challenges involved in formation for church elders on the basis of a multi-dimensional practical-theological concept of church. Leading a congregation is a form of church and congregational formation requiring the professional support of congregational educators, pastors and congregation counselors. Against this background the article outlines the contours of a theology of elders and for elders. |
