Papst Franziskus hat wie seine Vorgänger Johannes Paul II. und Benedikt XVI. in seinem Pontifikat schon zahlreiche Gesetzesänderungen auf den Weg gebracht. Der Codex Iuris Canonici von 1983 sowie der Codex Canonum Ecclesiarum Orientalum von 1990 wurden seit ihrer Promulgation an verschiedenen Stellen geändert oder ergänzt. Die Kirchenrechtswissenschaft begleitet seit jeher die kirchliche Rechtsentwicklung und hat vor allem seit dem letzten Konzil vielfältige Reformvorschläge gemacht. Dieser Tagungsband der Hirschberger Kirchenrechtstagung 2017 versteht sich ganz in dieser Tradition und möchte, im Sinne des sentire cum Ecclesiae, nicht nur deskriptiv den Ist-Stand des kirchlichen Rechts de lege lata beschreiben, sondern im Lichte des Konzils und der seitherigen Entwicklungen und Aufbrüche in der Kirche die Frage nach möglichen Reformvorschlägen de lege ferenda in zentralen Rechtsbereichen des Verfassungs-, Verkündigungs- und Sakramentenrechts aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven in den Blick nehmen | ||
