| Resumo: | In this study, a list of all synods published in Spain and Portugal from the investigation of printing to the closing of the Council of Trent (1563) is made. There is a synod, which is said the first book printed in Spain. In this study some edition and some copy that had not been known up to now are reviewed. The fragment of an incunabula is provided experts. This incunabula has not been identified yet, so it is hoped that a specialist can identify this issue, preserved in very distant places, providing its proximity with some reproductions. It is also reiterated intention to publish a synod, which was never edited, and it is undone the ghost of an issue that never existed. The authors expose their doubts about other issues whose existence some authors admit.
