| 總結: | L'articolo, dopo aver richiamato un precedente contributo dello stesso autore, apparso in questa rivista nel 1994, legge l'esortazione post-sinodale Amoris laetitia, soprattutto il capitolo sesto dello stesso documento, che porta il titolo: Alcune prospettive pastorali, cercando di evidenziare le ragioni che sono a fondamento dei deveri e diritti che sono propri del matrimonio e della famiglia, intesa come "Chiesa domestica", oggi, alla luce della recente esortazione apostolica, riconoscendo a papa Francesco un approccio di tipo dinamico-esistenziale, si tenta di trateggiare un profilo giuridico-canonico del matrimonio e della famiglia a partire del concetto di famiglia come vocazione. The article, after having referred to a precedent contribution by the same author, published in the journal in 1994, reads the Post-Synodal Exhortation Amoris laetitia, especially Chapter Six of the same document, that is entittled: Some pastoral perspectives, and tries to identify the reasons that lie at the foundation of the duties and rights that are proper to marriage and to the family. If in the precedent contribution the discussion departed and developed on the concept of family, understood as "domestic Church", today, in the light of the recent apostolic exhortation, in regognizingfor pope Francis a dynamic-existential approach, it attempts to draft a juridical-canonical profile of marriage and the family starting from the concept of family as a vocation. |
