Summary: | The current juridical framework of the ecclesial instructions of the associative-charismatic character is the practical result of a series of events and stages of the Church history. This canonical statue is at odds with a suitable sacramental ecclesiology, in particular with the due communion in the priestly ministry among the exempted priests and the local boshop. A suitable integration of the exempted priests into the diocese should enhance the equilibrium between the Petrine ministry and the ministry of the local bishops, in agreement with the ecclesiology of the Vatican II council, without detriment to the due autonomy of those institutions. This is a study aimed to improve the ecclesial communion of those institutions, in order ro renew the codified canonical law for a better adjustment to the theological mystery of the Church |
