Description
Summary:The paper tries to answer the question whether or not the statements or communications of public associations of the faithful are attributed to the hierarchy of the church. The author studies the common limits related to all the faithful in public events on temporal issues, and other limitations arising from the closer relationship with the hierarchy and public associations, since they act on behalf of the Church. The conclusion is that to act in the name of the Church is not synonymous of acting on behalf of the hierarchy. The associations whose purpose is to animate temporal realities with Christian spirit, are suited more to the system of private associations than to public associations
