Summary:Although the expression "good of the spouses" was very well received in the post-conciliar period, this has not been sufficiently developed, neither the concept nor the legal content. Therefore, the jurisprudence on this issue is scare. Apparently the legal development of the concept itself, and thus the possible exclusion chapter, could be seen from the triple perspective: the integral good of the spouses, the divorce mentality and the issue of sacramental well. The author develops these three sections, outlining the most important contributions of various authors, raising legal questions and opening track for the future
