Summary:In this study, some considerations about the concept of sacramental marriage in the light of theological and canonical principles and codicils council. Examining the CIC canon 1055 of 1983, preliminarily identify the sacramental comes not as a mere privilege or property of marriage just as indissoluble unity and provided in the c. 1056, but in the supernatural aspects of marriage as such, in essence ontological consistuent code-transcendent. In the article under review, the sacramentality, in short, is conceived as the relevance of marriage supernatural which mutual and enduring commitment to life, linking the one hand, spouses between them and the other, the spouses to God. Consecrated -the first- imbued with the Spirit of the Lord to attain perfection and sanctification so that the three subjects are completely united in a bond of mutual exclusive and indissoluble communion total dedication, assistance and through a reciprocal exchange of inexhaustible Love
