So the article looks over the delegation of powers in inquisitorial judgement and her employment by commissaries, chancellors and others judge's assistants. Then there are considerations about the nature intrinsecally personal of inquisitorial jurisdiction and the power of inquisitor as independent subjective position in territory; then about his competence on territory as general practical parameter in exertion of juridical function in relation with subject and territory.
